Creative collaborations with non-profit organizations are important for increasing revenue for restaurants and building loyal customers!

Valuable Collaborations

Creative collaborations are powerful! In the world of restaurants and dining experiences, creative collaborations are a very powerful tool for both goodwill and growth. Sometimes, you are caught up in the day to day operations and don’t think about working on this important strategy. Ideally, there will be someone to help you with planning these partnerships and will enjoy the process too!

When restaurants partner up with non-profit organizations, they create more than just dining experiences through collaborations. They are also able to generate community support and loyal customers with an important “halo effect”. They can also increase business revenues with this win-win outcome.

Dining Experiences

Restaurants have always been more than a place to dine. They’re such a great place to relax and enjoy wonderful food, excellent service and friendships. With a creative collaboration, relationships are built, causes are discussed, and achievements are enjoyed. Most consumers do have a strong social conscious. They will appreciate when your restaurant chooses to publicize and partner up with a well-regarded non-profit. Check out the examples on the Newsroom page: https://wendybrickman.com/132-2/

Research Non-profits in your Region

Search online in Google https://www.google.com/ and choose a non-profit that services your City or County. Perhaps pick a non-profit such as a local Food Bank https://foodbankformontereycounty.org/, Salvation Army https://give.salvationarmyusa.org/, SPCA or so many others. What causes resonate with you? What organizations do your customers support? Remember you will be supporting the organization with a portion of your revenue derived through collaborations!

Take the Time to Plan Collaborations

How can you make this a creative collaboration for you, the non-profit, and your staff? Collaborations require brainstorming and making it fun. Be aware that the implementation of the partnership will have many important steps and timelines. By being organized, the results will create maximum success for both your restaurant and the non-profit. By creating a spreadsheet with detailed tasks and assigning who does what and by when, you’ll be more on track. It’s time-consuming, fun and truly well worth it though when you see the results of your collaborations!
